1. Agreement to these terms
By accessing the InvoiceGST website, downloading or using the desktop application, starting a trial, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the applicable website, software or services.
“InvoiceGST” means the InvoiceGST website, desktop software, license system and related services. “Technodweep”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the provider of InvoiceGST.
2. Eligibility and business use
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use InvoiceGST for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation.
You are responsible for providing accurate purchase and support information and for using InvoiceGST in compliance with the tax, accounting, invoicing, consumer and other laws that apply to your business.
3. Free trial and software license
InvoiceGST may be offered with a 30-day free trial. The website will describe the features available during and after the trial. We may take reasonable steps to prevent misuse of trial access.
After successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased version of InvoiceGST for your internal business purposes, for the number of seats stated at checkout or in the license. The standard lifetime license is a one-time purchase for one licensed seat unless the purchase page says otherwise.
A “lifetime” license means the continuing right to use the purchased software version for the lifetime of that product, subject to these Terms. It does not promise that every future feature, major version, operating-system compatibility update or support service will be provided indefinitely unless we expressly state otherwise.
Your license key is confidential. You may keep a backup for recovery, but you must not publish, sell, rent, share or use it to activate more seats than purchased.
4. Purchases and payment
Prices, included features and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay under its applicable terms. You authorise the payment provider to charge the selected payment method and share transaction information needed for verification and fulfilment.
A purchase is complete only after payment is successfully verified. We may delay or decline fulfilment where a payment is pending, reversed, unauthorised, fraudulent or inconsistent with the order. You are responsible for checking that your purchase email is correct and accessible.
5. Cancellations and refunds
InvoiceGST provides a free trial so you can evaluate the software before purchasing. Digital licenses are normally delivered shortly after a verified payment.
If you were charged more than once, did not receive the purchased license, or experience a material technical problem that support cannot resolve, contact info@technodweep.com promptly with your purchase email and payment ID. Refund requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right or remedy available to you.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Copy, distribute, sublicense, rent, resell or commercially exploit the software except as expressly permitted.
- Bypass trial, activation, seat or security controls, or use an unauthorised license key.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use the website or services to introduce malicious code, probe security, disrupt operations, automate abusive requests or infringe another person’s rights.
- Use InvoiceGST to create unlawful, deceptive or fraudulent records or transactions.
7. Your business data and responsibilities
InvoiceGST stores day-to-day business data locally on your computer. You remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, security and backup of that data.
You should maintain regular backups, protect access to your device and review invoices, tax calculations, exports and reports before relying on or submitting them. InvoiceGST assists with billing and record-keeping; it does not file tax returns for you and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified accountant, tax professional or legal adviser.
8. Intellectual property
InvoiceGST, including its software, website, design, branding, documentation and original content, is owned by or licensed to Technodweep and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a license to use the product; they do not transfer ownership of InvoiceGST or its source code.
You retain ownership of the business data and content you enter into the application.
9. Third-party services
InvoiceGST may link to or depend on third-party services such as Razorpay, Google Analytics, email delivery, hosting and operating-system components. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
10. Availability, changes and support
We may improve, modify or discontinue website features, downloads, integrations or support channels. We aim to keep purchase and license-recovery services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages or events outside our control may affect availability.
Updates may change system requirements. You are responsible for maintaining a compatible and secure computer environment.
11. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, InvoiceGST is provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement where they may lawfully be disclaimed.
Tax rules and business requirements can change. You are responsible for verifying settings, calculations, documents and exports against current requirements and obtaining professional advice when needed. We do not guarantee that use of InvoiceGST alone will satisfy every legal, tax or accounting obligation.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technodweep will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill or data arising from use of InvoiceGST. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid license will not exceed the amount you paid for that license.
These limits do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer protections.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to online services or terminate a license if you materially breach these Terms, misuse a license, attack the service, commit fraud or fail to remedy a breach after notice where appropriate. On termination, you must stop using the software and license key. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern.
15. Changes and general terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to InvoiceGST, our business or applicable law. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new update date. Changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms or your license without our written consent; we may transfer them as part of a reorganisation, merger or sale of the relevant business.
